A Lace Market office location was key for us to grow and a Spenbeck creative space ticked all the boxes. The landlord’s proactivity and flexibility of bespoke fit out makes us to feel that our office is our own rather than a rented space. The high ceilings, exposed Victorian features in the former lace warehouse and becoming part of Spenbeck’s tenant community means we have found the perfect place to connect with other businesses, attract and retain staff and clients, enabling us to thrive.

From start to finish, the process was incredibly straightforward. Becky enabled us to have as much or as little input as we felt comfortable with as she worked around our busy schedules. As an SME, we were delighted to see that the recommendations provided were simple to understand and quick to implement - with a number of low-cost quick wins available to us.
