Let the Celebrations Begin! 

July 13th 2016 sees Spenbeck reach its 35th Anniversary as a key player in Nottingham’s property market. Over this time we have worked hard to preserve The Lace Market’s heritage and provide offices and residential dwellings that people are proud to call home.

The last 35 years have seen so many changes within Spenbeck – the tragic loss of co-founder and our uncle, Don; multiple awards bestowed on our Chairman Mich in recognition of his expertise in preserving Nottingham’s cultural and industrial heritage and leading on regenerating our region to name but a very few.

And now it’s well and truly over to the second generation, where we have already made our mark, creating a Spenbeck Tenant Community and placing relationship-building at the heart of our landlord culture.  

We have a series of events planned over the year to mark this important milestone, starting with taking our tenants to the Nottingham Panthers ice hockey in February.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who has worked with us in whatever capacity to ensure Spenbeck begins its next 35 years from a position of real strength and we hope to be able to say this in person to you all over the next 12 months.
